QUALITY ASSURANCE

The goal of Audavi Quality Management System (QMS) is to consistently provide product that meets or exceeds customer program/project requirements and ensures customer satisfaction. Quality, performance, and schedule are the three conerstones for success.

Audavi is an experienced government contractor with a strong understanding of acceptance standards and inspection procedures, and we are accustomed to tracking and reporting requirements, activities, and outcomes. Quality will be an integral part of every project / product task order. Our SeaPort-e PM will be the lead in implementing the Audavi QMS, however every employee will play an active role.

The Audavi Quality Plan based on the ISO-9000 standard. Our quality and inspection plans meet the requirements of MIL-Q-9858 and MIL-I-45208. The key steps in the Quality Plan for any project or product are:

  • Identifying requirements,
  • Identifying processes,
  • Defining processes, testing, and metrics
  • Measuring, recording, and reporting compliance, and
  • Monitoring continuous improvement.

Many Audavi are classified as “critical application items” and are subject to DCMA source inspection and approval. In over ten years, we have never had a shipment rejected and we have been approved for Alternate Release Procedure (ARP) every year since 2006. We have also maintained an outstanding record for both quality and delivery in the PPIRS and PQDR tracking systems. We were nominated for the Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award and as a result received the U.S. SBA Administrator's Award for Excellence.
